To reserve your spot, submit your $500 non-refundable deposit here and complete the short "about you" form below.

Payment

The remaining balance will be invoiced separately and is due May 15, 2026. If the balance is not received by this date, your spot may be released to the waitlist.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on or before May 25:

Any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.

​

Cancellations after May 25:

No refunds, except in cases of significant medical or family emergency. In these cases, you may request to transfer your spot (excluding the deposit) to another eligible participant, with organizer approval.
